This site maintains a log of repair requests that members made while staying at the resort. As we report problems to the resort, consider also adding them here. This will help us track problems that have been reported by members in the accommodations stayed in or around the resort.
This does not replace reporting problems to the resort, it is a place to record problems so if they recur, we can inform the resort that they have not fixed a problem that have been reported previously. This site is not affiliated with the Resort and will not result in repairs being reported to the resort. By tracking repairs, we can let the resort know if a problem has been reported previously.
Problems should be reported to the resort through the satisfaction form or by calling them while on site.
